1. Validity and Definitions of Terms

1.1 The following Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all business relationships between PetRhein GmbH, Bayernstr. 14, 30855 Langenhagen/Hannover (hereinafter "we", "us") and the customer (hereinafter "customer") via the online shop www.astropet.de and www.petrhein.de.

1.2 "Customers" within the meaning of these T&C are both consumers as defined in § 13 BGB and entrepreneurs as defined in § 14 BGB.

1.3 Deviating, conflicting or supplementary terms and conditions of the customer do not apply unless we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

2. Conclusion of Contract, Storage of Contract Text

2.1 The following regulations regarding contract conclusion apply to orders of products and services that we offer in the online shop on astropet.de or petrhein.de.

2.3 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part, but rather a non-binding invitation to the customer to place orders for products.

2.4 The ordering process is as follows:

• (a) Customers place orders via the online shop.

• (b) By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a contract. Before doing so, you have the option to review and correct the contents of your shopping cart and your address information.

• (c) After you have submitted your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute a binding contract confirmation. The contract is concluded either by a separate email (order confirmation) or by sending the goods. If no order confirmation, notification of dispatch, or goods are received within 7 days, the customer is no longer bound by the offer.

2.5 Order Cancellation and Reservation of Rights
