Shipping Costs

Germany: Free shipping with DHL for orders over €100.
Orders under €100 incur €4.99 shipping costs.
Austria: Free shipping with DHL for orders over €100.
Orders under €100 incur €14.99 shipping costs.
EU Countries: Flat rate of €14.99 shipping with DHL.

All prices include statutory value-added tax.

Delivery Times

Germany: 1–2 business days
Austria: 2-4 business days
EU Countries: 2–8 business days

Please note that deliveries do not take place on Sundays and public holidays.

Note on Shipping Multiple Items per Order
If you order products with different delivery times, we will ship your order in one shipment – unless other arrangements have been made. The delivery time will then be based on the item with the longest delivery time.
