Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named, which is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the last partial program or the last piece.

Use a clear explanation (e.g. by email) to inform your decision to cancel this contract.  To maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification to the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

 

Return

If the manufacturer's deficiencies sold have defects, do not meet the description or are wrong, you can return them. We will take over the return costs for you and issue you a return label. For any defects such as general wear, we do not accept any liability, but are happy to offer an exchange or a refund depending on the individual situation.

What do I do if I want to give something back?

Simply send us an email to service@astropet.de and give us your order number, the purchase date and the reason for your return. We will answer you immediately within 24 hours.
