Cancellation Terms and Conditions

These Cancellation Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions of PetRhein GmbH (effective June 1, 2026) as well as the Right of Withdrawal Policy. In case of conflicts, the Right of Withdrawal Policy for consumers takes precedence.
§ 1 – Instant Purchase (Standard Order)
1.1 Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled free of charge until the goods are handed over to the logistics service provider. Please contact us immediately by e-mail at service@astropet.de, stating your order number. We will confirm your cancellation within 24 hours on business days.
1.2 Cancellation After Shipment / Before Delivery
Once the goods have been handed over to the shipping service provider, cancellation is no longer possible. Please accept the delivery and then exercise your right of withdrawal. Refusal to accept the shipment will result in additional costs in accordance with § 10.6 of the General Terms and Conditions (costs for reshipment).
1.3 Cancellation After Delivery (Withdrawal)
Following successful delivery, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies. Return shipping costs apply in accordance with § 10.3 of the General Terms and Conditions:

Order value over EUR 100.00: EUR 9.99 return shipping costs

Order value under EUR 100.00: EUR 4.99 return shipping costs
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
§ 2 – Subscription Order
2.1 Cancellation of a Single Subscription Delivery
A single subscription delivery can be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation is received by e-mail at service@astropet.de no later than 7 days before the scheduled delivery date. Deliveries already in processing cannot be cancelled; in this case, the right of withdrawal under § 1.3 applies.
2.2 Termination of the Entire Subscription
The subscription can be terminated at any time. The termination must be received by e-mail at service@astropet.de no later than 7 days before the next scheduled delivery in order to prevent that delivery. A termination received later will become effective from the second next delivery onwards.
