TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE GIVEAWAY
of PetRhein GmbH (AstroPet)
These terms and conditions apply to the giveaway of PetRhein GmbH, Bayernstraße 14, 30855 Langenhagen (hereinafter referred to as "organizer"). Participation in the giveaway is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions. The giveaway is in no way connected to Instagram and is not organized or supported by Instagram in any manner.
1) Duration of the Giveaway
The giveaway runs from January 28, 2026, 5:00 PM, until February 5, 2026, 11:59 PM (Central European Time (CET)). Users have the opportunity to participate in the giveaway online during this period.

as well as agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Participation is only possible during the participation period. Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered in the drawing.
Each participant can submit only one entry to the giveaway. It is strictly prohibited to use multiple accounts to increase chances of winning.
Participation in the giveaway is free of charge.
3) Eligibility
Eligible to participate are natural persons who are residents of Germany and have reached the age of 18. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.
If a participant has limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.
Not eligible to participate in the giveaway are all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the giveaway and employees of the organizer, as well as their family members. Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its discretion if there are justified reasons, for example:
(a) in case of manipulation in connection with access to or conduct of the giveaway, (b) in case of violations of these terms and conditions, (c) in case of unfair conduct, or (d) in case of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the giveaway.
4) Prize, Notification, and Prize Delivery
The giveaway includes two Cloud Paw scratching boards and one Ascent Paw scratching cardboard (brown) from the PetRhein brand, of which one of each can be won.
The three winners will be determined after the deadline through a random drawing among all participants.
Winners will be notified promptly via private message. The winner must contact astropet_eu (via the Instagram channel) within 1 week via private message with their name, address, and email address. If the winner does not contact within this period, the organizer may transfer the prize to another participant.
The prize will be delivered by parcel mail at the organizer's expense exclusively to the winner or their legal representative. Exchange, self-pickup, and cash payment of the prize are not possible.
Any costs associated with claiming the prize (travel, etc.) are the responsibility of the winner.
